Even though I’m already familiar with many of the tales from Southern Ohio, I learned things I never knew before. Mark H. Roe did a fantastic job bringing these legends to life — his writing is both creative and deeply atmospheric. You can feel his genuine passion and love for the subject matter in every page, as well as his dedication to the craft of storytelling. I’m so proud of this author and the care he put into this book.
I would absolutely recommend Shadows & Legends to anyone who has a love for the paranormal, true hauntings, and all the eerie mysteries that linger just beyond the light.
